Everything you need to know about our products, shipping, and approach to early childhood development.

Our products are designed for children aged 0-6 years and expecting parents. The Drishti Kit, Progressive High Contrast Cards, and Through Your Eyes book are designed for babies 0-12 months. The Likhit Gita journal is designed for expecting mothers during pregnancy as a Garbh Sanskar practice.

Yes! Research from Harvard's Center on the Developing Child confirms that newborns can only see 8-12 inches away and respond strongest to high contrast black and white patterns. Our high contrast cards are designed using the principle of Color Progression — starting with bold black and white for 0-5 months, then transitioning to soft colours for 5-12 months, matching your baby's natural visual development stages.

You can start from birth! Newborns are naturally drawn to high contrast patterns as their vision develops. Our Progressive High Contrast Cards and the Drishti Kit are both safe and effective from day one. Many parents use them during tummy time, feeding, and play sessions.

The Progressive High Contrast Cards (₹499) are a focused set of two-sided cards — high contrast on one side, soft colours on the other. The Drishti Kit (₹1,699) is a complete 6-item visual development system that includes flash cards, fabric cards, high contrast cushions, a progressive vision book, a Sun Tratak finger puppet, and a story book. The Drishti Kit provides a comprehensive 0-12 month visual development journey.

Garbh Sanskar is a 5,000-year-old Indian tradition of nurturing a child's development from the womb through positive thoughts, sacred sounds, and mindful practices. The Likhit Gita is a premium journal with 30 Bhagavad Gita shlokas mapped to our D.H.A.R.M.A. Framework™. Writing each shloka (Likhit Japa) is a meditative practice that benefits both mother and baby during pregnancy.

Absolutely. All our products are made with baby-safe, non-toxic materials. Cards use thick, durable card stock with rounded corners. Fabric cards are made from soft cotton. The board book has sturdy, baby-proof pages. Everything is handcrafted in India using eco-conscious materials with a low carbon footprint.

Yes, we ship across India, and shipping is free on every order within India. We also ship internationally to 68+ countries. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Our products make excellent newborn gifts and baby shower gifts! The Drishti Kit is our most popular gift set — it's a complete, beautifully packaged visual development kit. The Likhit Gita makes a thoughtful pregnancy gift for expecting mothers. Many customers tell us these are the most meaningful baby gifts they've given.

D.H.A.R.M.A. Framework™ stands for Deha (body), Hridaya (heart), Aacharan (conduct), Rasa (emotion), Manas (mind), and Aatman (spirit). It's our proprietary 6-pillar framework for holistic child development, rooted in Sankhya Philosophy and validated by modern neuroscience. Every Suprajanan product is designed around these six dimensions of growth.

We offer 7-day conditional returns. Because our products are physical books and kits, we accept a return or free replacement only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if it is still unopened in its original, sealed packaging. Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order ID (and a photo for damaged or wrong items), and our team will process an approved refund within 5-10 business days. We're unable to accept returns once a book has been opened or used, or for change-of-mind reasons.

Yes. Our products are grounded in research from Harvard's Center on the Developing Child, the principles of infant visual neuroscience, and the ancient Indian knowledge systems (Garbhopanishad, Sankhya Darshan). We blend peer-reviewed neuroscience with time-tested Vedic wisdom. You can explore the research on our Resources page.

For newborns (0-3 months), start with 1-3 minutes of tummy time with cards, building up gradually. By 4-6 months, your baby may enjoy 10-20 minutes. Always follow your baby's cues — when they look away or get fussy, it's time for a break. Place the card 8-12 inches from their face for optimal focus.
