Return and refund guidelines

At Suprajanan, we want you to be happy with every order. As our products are physical books and kits, returns are handled on a conditional basis. Please read the conditions below so you know exactly when a return or replacement applies.

7-day conditional returns

We accept a return or free replacement only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if it is still unopened in its original, sealed packaging. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns once a book has been opened or used, or for change-of-mind reasons.

Conditions for return or replacement

You are eligible for a return or free replacement if

• Your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.
• The book or kit is still unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
• You raise the request within 7 days of delivery.
• You can share your order ID and, for damaged or incorrect items, a clear photo of the issue.

How to request a refund

   If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is still unopened and you'd like to return it, visit our [Contact Page] and let us know within 7 days of delivery.

   Share your order ID, email, and a photo of the issue.

   For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include a clear photo so we can resolve it quickly. Once we receive this information, our team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

   Our team will review and process your refund request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-returnable situations

Because our products are physical books and kits, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases

• The book or kit has been opened, written in, or used.
• Change-of-mind requests, or feeling the content is shorter or different than expected (product details, including shloka counts, are listed on each product page).
• Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.
• Purchases made through unauthorized sources or resellers.

Refund processing time

Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
