A classical Ayurvedic preparation for children described in the Kashyapa Samhita, made from gold, ghee and honey. Later practice added medhya herbs such as brahmi and shankhpushpi. Baby Amrit follows that lineage and says which part comes from where.
20 mg of swarna bhasma in every 15 ml bottle, about 0.07 mg in each drop. Every batch is tested by an independent NABL-accredited laboratory, and the report is published on the batch page linked from the QR on your bottle.
Baby Amrit contains honey, and honey is unsafe for babies under one year. Many products dose from birth; we don't.
3 to 4 drops each morning before food, straight from the dropper. One bottle lasts about three months. If the drops thicken in winter, hold the bottle in your palm for a minute.
Pushya is the lunar day tradition holds most auspicious for preparing and giving Swarnaprashan. Our batches are mixed within the Pushya window, and the date is recorded in the batch record and printed on the pack.
Swarna bhasma is a classical preparation and is processed with other substances, which is why every batch is tested for lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium against Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia limits before it ships. It is an Ayurvedic medicine, so follow the dose and check with your paediatrician or vaidya if your child takes other medicines.
No bhasma other than gold. No guduchi. No ashwagandha. No preservatives, colours or added vitamins. The full composition with quantities is on the pack and on this page.
The batch is made on the upcoming Pushya Nakshatra and goes to the lab the same day. Orders ship within a couple of days of the report clearing. If the batch does not pass, you get a full refund or can wait for the next batch, your choice.
